SFFTech has a preview of the DFI Athlon 64 small form factor which is based on the new Antec SFF case. DFI?s included motherboard, the K8M800 Infinity, should pack more than enough power to keep enthusiasts happy. Three PCI slots, one full-size AGP slot (and room for full-size cards) mean that expandability is available, while FireWire, SATA, integrated Ethernet, and USB 2.0 round out the various features. The only potential negative is that the board only has two RAM slots?but given its plethora of other features (and the fact that 512 meg DIMMs don?t carry any real price premium over 256 meg DIMMs), it shouldn?t be an issue.
