AMD Sells Technology to Russia

AMD has again sold manufacturing technology to a firm in Russia. X-bit is reporting that Advanced Micro Devices has sold their 130nm manufacturing process technology to a company known as Angstrem. Last week, we learned that this deal gave AMD almost $200 million. The revenue is associated with a sale of 200mm tooling earlier in the year.
