EE Times opines that AMD is fighting an unbeatable foe, and they should stop. It is about 5 sentences, and I'm confused as to why this is even on EE Times really. It sounds like an ex Intel employee wrote it. Perhaps this guy is related to Ashok Kumar?

AMD is burdened with debt, is losing market share and appears destined to become an even smaller player in its core MPU market. Recent strategic moves at AMD are not making a dent in Intel's leadership. But executives at AMD haven't yet come to terms with their second-place status. They continue to pursue actions they believe would make it possible for them to beat Intel, but that strategy is, to put it bluntly, delusional.

So not new strategy is given. In fact I'm not sure what the point of this blurb is.
