Barron's believes that a lack of a netbook chip is hurting AMD versus Intel.

We expect Intel to gain share again in the third quarter, as we believe AMD is being hurt by lack of a netbook processor and inferior products. As a result, we are forecasting Intel revenue to increase 6% quarter-over-quarter during the third quarter while we expect AMD revenue to increase 3% quarter-over-quarter.
