Intel Sues AMD

Advanced Micro Devices is being sued by Intel Corporation - why? Because according to Intel, AMD has made some documents, important to the AMD/Intel 2005 case, simply disappear. If you look at this PDF, from Intel, dated October, 15th, you will see that Intel is adamant that AMD employees deleted vital emails and tried to cover this up to the courts, and to Intel. The document is 55 pages long.
