Hector has Been Here Before

I'm not the type to jump down Hector Ruiz's throat - I have said before that I actually like him. Anyway, that's beside the point. It seems as if Hector Ruiz has been in this boat before, albeit, at Motorola. Hopefully, he has learned from his mistakes and will act accordingly. That, or he could go and coach football.
