Chips stacked Against AMD

AMD has seen better days, no doubt. With Intel spending more this year on R&D/Fabs/etc. than AMD will bring in, it's hard to see the silver lining. AMD needs cash - that's a given. Today, their stock reached a new 52-week low as it is hovering around $4.90 a share. AMD isn't going anywhere; Intel won't let that happen. Unfortunately for us, we - as a site - do better when AMD does better. ..and right now, AMD isn't doing too well.
