AMD Stock Price More than 2x Year Low |

AMD's stock might not be a safe bet for your investment portfolio (is any, these days?), but, it has to be said that their current stock price in the mid $3 range is over twice that of their year low, of ~$1.60. Obviously, this is a far cry from their highs in the $40s a few years back, but AMD might be bouncing back. From what I've heard, things couldn't be going better with ATIC/GlobalFoundries, Phenom II and ATI's lineup. We'll find out more at AMD's next quarterly meeting.
