NV in talks with VIA?

If DigiTimes is to be believed, NVIDIA is looking into purchasing VIA. Obviously, VIA is denying these claims and NVIDIA apparently didn't like VIA's offer as it was too expensive. If these rumors have any substance, we will make sure to follow closely.
