No, not CPU plants. AMD moving trees and other plant life from their new job site for the Austin headquarters to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center according to News8Austin. They will then move it back when the work is completed. "This is the ultimate in recycling in a lot of ways - taking what would have been waste material and taking a real benefit from it. So, this is the sort of approach AMD has exemplified throughout the building process," Steve Windhager of the Wildflower Center said. |
