AMD is denying Intel's allegations of a possible breach in contract between the two companies. These allegations arose on the heels of AMD's split earlier in the week. Much speculation has come from Advanced Micro Devices' decision to spin-off their manufacturing and it appears that more is to come.

Some have said that AMD can only outsource so much production to keep within Intel's set guidelines. Intel licenses technology to AMD. AMD claims that they are doing nothing wrong and says that they too wish that Intel will respect their intellectual property, as they respect Intel's.
