A man is suing Intel for $5 Billion. He claims that he gave Steve Jobs his intellectual property and asked for 250 Million Dollars in return. Steve never replied, but the man also says that the technology was later incorporated in Intel's Core 2 Duo chips. Ironically, the man, Matthew Young, is currently in jail. If Intel does not pay him a certain percentage of their profits, he is threatening to go to AMD and give them the same information, for free.
