The Inquirer discusses the TWKR chip. The INQ can now reveal after much sniffing about that the chips are indeed real, are focused on overclocking 140W CPUs running at 3.2Ghz, and are limited edition TWKR etched. If these chips are ever made available for sale they should be inexpensive and target budget enthusiasts, but that remains to be seen. We've also been told that the voltage can easily be pushed well past 1.40V on these high-leakage monsters in the hands of talented overclockers. So bring on the liquid helium, nitrogen, and dry ice!
