PowerColor's stopgap Radeon HD 4730, based on the 55nm RV770LE core is now available in Germany, for just €72. The price seems quite fair, as you get a 700MHz GPU with 640 stream processors and 32 texture units, along with 512MB of GDDR5 on a 128-bit bus.
