Here is the BIOS for the ASRock board. There's quite a lot to tweak here and adjust and it is definitely not a low-end BIOS. One thing we don't like is that when you set the voltage to manual adjustment it starts with the lowest value possible, we'd prefer it if it started at the default voltage for the processor so if people don't know it off the top of their head they know where they're working from.
