VIA In Trouble With K8T890? The Truth Revealed |

There has been much talk of VIA having problems with K8T890 wins. I don't think wins are the issue, but I do believe the long gap between our review of the chipset, and now shows they have had some troubles with PCI Express. Asus told me weeks ago they had a board coming, and indeed they announced the A8V-E Deluxe today. Also you can find the Abit AX8 for sale here. So it appears that they are going forward with the chipset, but it has been delayed as have most chipsets perhaps excluding SiS. |
