Best ddr3 mem which to buy? (for a Phenom II x6)

I'm planing to built a new computer in a month and not sure which is the best ddr3 mem for my build. I have not experience on the new mem-cpu (mem controller) systems and getting confuse with which is the best performing. This is my tentative built:

MSI 890FXA-GD70
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm
2x ASUS EAH5670/DI/1GD5 CrossFireX
SSD hardrive
G.SKILL Flare 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 F3-16000CL7D-4GBFLS at 7-9-7-24 timing

Well for I been reading around that the mhz of the ram shouldn't been too high cuz is the timing what is important, but the motherboard and the mem in this built are Designed for each other. So I am not sure is is better this build or look for a lower mhz mem with lower timing or use the F3-16000CL7D-4GBFLS and down clocked for 1333mhz or 1600mhz and try to reach 5-5-5. What you recommend me?, please give me you opinion about the whole built too.

Well, as I'm sure you know, the memory is all the same: you are just paying for the binning guarantee that it will run at a certain rate.
Running at very high rates doesn't result in higher CPU clocks due to limits on the the memory controller.

So, Yes, I would be looking at running at 1800 max and much more realistically at 1600 with tighter timings.

The question is will the 2000 rated memory be more likely to get you those tighter settings than the 1600 or 1800 ?
I don't know.

Regarding the rest of your build everything looks great except the CPU heat-sink.

That Zalman is a fairly old design and is very expensive.
Unless you just really love the appearance, I would suggest the direct contact heat-pipe designs that have dominated the test results for the last few years.

A four or five heat pipe design would be best as the CPU die is fairly large.

Today I would go with this design when it gets back in stock.
