pc3200 or pc4000... better??

Have everything bought for my new gaming machine, just have to buy memory now. So anyway, is it better to have 2gb's of ddr500's or 2gb's of ddr400's? pc3200 have better timings, but 4000's have higher freq's.... which is better overall? Especially if I'll be gaming a lot.

the timings are loose at the rated mhz , lower the mhz to ddr400 , and you can change the settings so that it will be tight also

Sweet. Cheers man. Leaning towards the ocz ddr500 gold edition's again... seem cool. Know the mushkins have tighter timings, but, dunno, something's telling me to go for the ocz's, probly coz I heard more about them in the past.
