I have the same stupid problem and it doesnt go away no matter what i try. Changed the PSU all the to a 530Watt and changed the board and RAM and graphics card and sound cards and hard drives and every other thing that isnt part of the board or other components and re-installed and prayed and even got an exorsist.

The machine randomly reboots and always says windows has recovered from a serious error and the error code is always the some but the number is different.
The guys are getting sick of me coming and changing the parts all the time and i have tried everything.

Athlon64 3500+ / Gigabyte 3D Rocket Cooler Pro / Arctic Silver5
CPU Runs @ constant 36 to 44 Degrees
Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra 939
Radeon X800 Pro 256MB VIVO (Catalyst 4.12)
Windows XP Pro SP2
2x Corsair 1GB TWINX XMS PRO CL 2,2,2,5

Gigabyte, Nvidia & ATI havent got a clue what the problem is as their techsup have replied with " We will look into the problem "
