ASUS L1N64-SLI WS Dual Socket L1 (1207FX) NVIDIA nForce 680a

I'm considering building a system around this motherboard and using a pair of AMD Athlon 64 FX-74 Windsor 3.0GHz CPU's.

I thought only Opterons could be be used in dual socket systems, but it appears that's no longer the case.

I also saw a thread somewhere that implied that this board would be compatible with the new, upcoming Quads.

I just wanted to verify this before I take the plunge.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
