M2R32-MVP Phenom 2 cores unseen in Vista32

Upgraded M2R32-MVP from a 6000+ to a Phenom 9850, after upgrading bios to 1109.

Bios show 4 cores at correct speed, but anything run under Vista32 only shows/detects 2 cores.

These include Cinebench 11.5, CPU-Z, Task manager. everything only registers two cores and I have no idea what else to check or change.
