65C under load is pretty warm. Are you sure you have decent cooling and good airflow in there?
Dell E521 with some sort of Athlon 64 X2 and 7600GT

it does sound warm under load . What are your case temps . if the are around room temp -slightly higher ,but remain fairly stable under load then I would think your cpu HSF is not up to par . My case temps stay around 17-20c no matter the load , while my cpu runs 42 idle 53c under load . Seems my loaded temps dropped 3-4 degrees a couple of months after I reseated it with AS5 I guess it takes that long to set up(for lack of a better word)

AXDA2600DKV4D 9727313260485
AQUCA 0329UPBW
My question is:
1.When my cpu idle, Everest Home Edition show my cpu voltage is 1.65v
andthen when it work full load my cpu voltage is 1.62v . This is
Normal?
2.My MB not support change voltage&multiplier, but i want to overclock.
Any body know, how much the max speed my cpu without change the
temperature deffault??

......................Thanks for Your Answer.................................

what size power supply are you using ?

the temprature that your cpu is running , i would not worry about trying to overclock your cpu

it also sounds like your motherboard is not overclock friendly , so i would not worry about overclocking until you cure your other problems first

65c? thats way too hot, have you tried reseating your HSF and removing/apply a new thermal compound?

My XP 2800+ before with volcano 9 only reaches 50c with a room temperature of 37c
