Looks like the winter storm in the North East has taken MW@H out for the time being.

I could always run F@H on my 6970 for now.

That's IF they have an AMD client!

Changing the subject 6970's must be selling like hot cakes here, they launched at $450-$500 they are now $650. GTX 570 is $400.

There's not a hope in hell of me buying one at anything over $400. Damn price gougers.

How about getting 6950 and what are they at?

You could do the BIOS mod and see if MW@H will run on it then

MW@H has been down for several days now.

They're in New York which got hit by a very bad winter storm in the last week. I'm thinking that that may have something to do with it.

Let’s take a look at my sig.

MilkyWay is great with ATI GPU's but they have to be DP card.
Docking is similar to F@H. I have it running on my Thuban and it takes just over 2 hours to finish a WU.
Cosmology takes allot of ram. It's running on my 965 with 4gb and uses 2.8gb of the 4.
Einstein is running on my 2p/2393
Orbit is out of work and I'm not running the others right now.

collatz -great for radeons (MW@h)
WCG- is multiproject, recommended

primegrid-screwed crap, i stopped it
seti - i stopped it , rather i give more gflops to health projects
lhc - almost dead
cosmology - dead ?

ha! i wish that were true my friend!
i could've bought the board but (again) saw this.
alrady have two more CLS0017's on the way. i'll pick those two 6128's next.

thanks for the info guys, looks like cosmology and docking will be it.
if i recall correctly the main criticism on SETI is that the signals received are
not "old enough" such that their origins are basically just in the solar system's neighborhood.

(light travels "too slow" hence it will take 2.5M years to receive a signal from andromeda galaxy. and by the time we receive that 2.5M year old signal, enough time has passed for conditions at andromeda to have changed in the interim. so, the problem is "latency.")

Looks like large workunits and the % doesn't update frequently.

Mine is running, but stayed at 10% for at least 10min. looks like a 9hr WU

Mine would have an eta of let’s say 6 hours, run those 6 hours and keep running never moving off the 0% for as long as I let it run until I checked it again. This last time it ran for over 15 hours with no % change.

Others are having the same problem http://docking.cis.udel.edu/community/forum/thread.php?id=460#6167
